Terms of Service

  1. Payment and Registration Policy

    By completing your payment and registration, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions.

  2. Missed Training Policy

    Because we strictly limit our class sizes to ensure personalized instruction, your registration reserves a seat that cannot be filled at the last minute. “No-Shows” are ineligible for any credits, refunds, or rescheduling options.

  3. Failure Policy

    Inability to meet course prerequisites or pass minimum performance standards will result in no credits, refunds, or rescheduling options offered. In order to attempt the course again, the “entire” registration, payment, and attendance process must be started from the beginning.

  4. Cancellation and Refund Policies

    • Final Sale: After 30-days (calendar), all sales are final after the date of initial registration.

    • 30-Day Window: Cancellations requested within 30-days of initial registration (and more than 72-hours before course start time), only a partial refund will be issued, minus a 30% processing fee to cover administrative, seat reservation and pre-ordered material costs.

    • Short-Notice Cancellation: Cancellations requested within 72-hours of the scheduled training start time are not eligible for a refund or credit, regardless of the 30-day window.

    • Processing: Approved refunds may take up to 30-days (business) to fully complete.

  5. Rescheduling Policies

    Trainees may reschedule their training, subject to the following conditions:

    • One-Time Option: Only one reschedule option is permitted per registration.

    • Time Limit: The new training date must be requested more than 72-hours before the start time and the new date must be within 60-days of the original registration date.

    • Final Sale: Once a training has been rescheduled, it is deemed a final sale and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

    • Availability: Rescheduling is sole subject to course and class space availability.

  6. Process for Cancelling or Rescheduling

    To initiate a cancellation or rescheduling, trainees must contact the Sure Grip Arms Customer Service Department via email or phone. Text messages are not accepted. The request is effective on the date the formal notification is received.
